Customer Service Representative & Warranty Manager
BEST KITEBOARDING is looking for a kiteboarder that is passionate about the lifestyle, with excellent problem solving skills and has a proactive mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • - Managing communication with customers through all forms: phone, online chat, cases, social networking and forums.
  • - Assist customers with product purchases, setup and troubleshooting.
  • - Assess Warranty inquiries, process claims and produce reporting.
  • - Maintain product listings online, includes inventory assessment and managing gear exchange programs.
  • Skills Required:

  • - Fluent in English.
  • - Excellent telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • - Attention to detail in all worked prepared to include but not limited to accuracy, proofreading, and completeness.
  • - Proficient in Windows and Office suite tools(Outlook,Word,Excel).
  • Position type: Full Time
    Location: Guincho, Portugal
    & Cape Hatteras, NC, USA
    Hours:1pm – 9pm Portugal (8am – 4pm Eastern Time)
    Compensation:Salary with benefits
